AboutA 3D event video created to feel polished, premium, and visually engaging in a live event environment.
The project

I created the visuals for Medallia Experience 2025 in Las Vegas.

This was my biggest project so far. I made the event intro and the screen visuals for Medallia Experience 2025 at Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World. Big room, huge screens, real audience, real pressure. Exactly the kind of project where the work has to actually hold up.

The scale

The visuals had to work everywhere, not just in one nice render.

The same visual world had to live on the main stage, inside the venue, around reception, at the afterparty, and outside on massive building screens. Different screens. Different sizes. Different distances. Same job: make the event feel big.

Outside

The building became part of the event.

A lot of the work was shown outside on the huge screens around Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World. At that size, small details do not matter. The visuals had to be bold, readable, and strong enough to hit from across the street.

The fun problem

The curved corner screen was the crazy part.

One screen wrapped around the nightclub corner at almost 90 degrees. So I had to think about the animation differently. From the right angle, the visuals could feel like they were coming out of the building instead of just playing flat on a screen.

Afterparty

The visuals also had to carry the party side of the event.

The afterparty needed a different energy. Still Medallia, but less conference, more night event. I created visuals that could sit behind the performance and keep the whole thing feeling branded, alive, and not like a random stock loop. Music and sound by my friend Valerio Sound.

Inside the room

The main event room had to feel premium from the back row too.

For the stage screens, the visuals needed to work behind speakers, lights, cameras, and a full audience. That means the design could not rely on tiny details. It had to read fast and make the room feel like a proper enterprise event.

Delivered at 20

I delivered this project at 20 years old.

This was not a fake portfolio piece or a pretty test render. It was real production work for a real enterprise event in Las Vegas, shown on massive screens in front of real people. For me, that says more than any polished mockup ever could.
